Processing

Ready-to-Ship: Premade items are prepared for shipping within 1-3 days of purchase :^)

Made to Order: May take up to 2-3 weeks to process. I buy fabric and start sewing when you make a purchase - this helps reduce waste. Your patience is appreciated as I carefully handmake your piece.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary if mail couriers have a high volume of deliveries, like during holidays. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Domestic (US)

• Domestic (US) orders usually take 2-6 business days to arrive, but this depends on the shipping method you choose and current mail delays.
• Shipments over $300 USD require a signature. If the package is not signed/picked up from the post office by the final attempt to deliver, it will be returned to us and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

International

• We are set up to ship internationally - please contact us if you are unable to checkout! We will add your country or arrange a special order for you at no extra cost!
• International shipping takes 2-4+ weeks to arrive (depending on the country).
• The buyer is responsible for any import duties and fees incurred. Please thoroughly check fees and taxes of your country before placing an order. We can are not responsible for return shipping. 

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items - please contact your local post office if you believe a package is missing. To reduce this problem as much as possible, all items have tracking and items over $300 USD require a signature.
