Hi, I'm Seri! I make everything you see at Seri Chang. My studio is based in Southern California and my designs combine modern with traditional. I take inspiration from my love for hanfu, video games, and sustainability!

how it started
For a long time, I struggled to find clothing that represented my style and was comfortable against my sensitive skin. Fast fashion synthetics would irritate my skin, fall apart after a few washes, and hardly fit right. Not only was it bad for my wallet, but also the environment.
After learning about the unethical practices behind fast fashion, I made a commitment to sew all my new clothes using sustainable and quality fabrics. I finished my first dress in 2022 and knew this is what I wanted to do.
the inspiration
I was enchanted by the clothing, history, and architecture of Chinese culture since I was little. This inspires many of my pieces, and I can't wait to share more with you :)
Creating Seri Chang has helped me bring together my values and identity in the most beautiful way, and I hope my clothes give you the same feeling too.
